Laurier is committed to extending the university's high-quality academic and student experience along the Toronto-Waterloo Innovation Corridor to the fast-growing community of Milton – giving students from the Halton Region and GTA the chance to study close to home.Įvolving over multiple phases, Laurier’s new campus will be part of a comprehensively planned neighbourhood in west Milton, encompassing 400 acres of land alongside the Niagara Escarpment. The program, which traditionally begins in January, will now start in May to align with the Master of Education program offering at Laurier’s Waterloo campus and provide greater flexibility to students. Laurier is offering its Master of Education program at the Milton Education Village Innovation Centre beginning in May 2022.

The Master of Education program invites prospective applicants to learn more about the program, hear from current students and receive tips on how to submit a successful MEd application package. The MEd degree (regardless of focus) is designed to be completed part-time over two years and is a course-based degree. We offer two Master of Education degree programs: Courses may offer up to 50% of classes online
Course configuration will depend on the content being taught and the instructor. Most MEd course work will be offered as a combination of face-to-face and online components. The Master of Education (MEd) program at Laurier is offered in a part-time, blended format at Laurier’s Waterloo campus (May intake) and at the Milton campus (May intake, interdisciplinary focus only).
